Rotating shift, 24 hours 7 days on-call duty
Responsibilities:
✅Lead and direct Service and Maintenance Team's activities
✅Plan and supervise activities to ensure daily operation and appropriate maintenance service
✅Select and coordinate subcontractor activities including procurement and outsourcing services
✅Manage and monitor technical & administrative records and documents
✅Respond to calls for service support and emergencies 24/7
✅Communicate and collaborate with the customer, internal departments & vendors
✅Perform test, inspection, adjustment and troubleshooting of PBT equipment
✅Comply regulatory standards; i.e applicable laws, radiation safety regulations and internal policies
✅Adopt new technology, products and processes in daily operations
✅Develop a complete working knowledge of Proton Beam Therapy
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline
- Min 5 years as Site Manager & experience leading a team
- Computer literacy & able to converse in Japanese on technical level with Japan HQ
- Know to use DVM, oscilloscope, micrometers etc.
- Able to work at high height and to lift 20kg in a radiational environment.
- Background in QA & Maintenance in industrial plants, medical devices or nuclear power equipment
- Familiarity with working in area of high-voltage, radiation and electromagnetic
- Knowledge in Mechanical, electrical and control system
- Capable to perform testing, inspection and maintenance of the system
