To lead and mentor a team of EHS personnel to ensure the company’s EHS strategy is implemented effectively and within budgets
Has good knowledge to develop/review, implement and maintain Safety Management Systems, to document WSH records and matters.
Be responsible to drive programs and campaigns to manage risks and promote safety culture for all projects through regular campaigns, posters.
To provide advice and guidance in the aspect of EHS to projects.
To plan, coordinate and conduct safety audits, EHS inspection and training
To achieve and manage all EHS KPIs and standards, ensure compliance with all authorities including MOM’s EHS statutory regulations, legal and other requirements
To monitor and evaluate the company’s overall EHS performance to identify potential risks and minimize incident occurrence.
Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (Singapore)
Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant job role and industry
Good leadership, interpersonal and coordination skills
