Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations).
• Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyze project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.

Stakeholder Management

• Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment.

Scope Management

• Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work Review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by PSC.

Project Governance

• Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by Investment board. Organize and facilitate PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings.

Risk and Issue Management

• Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation plans.

Requirement:

• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
• Experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, Personally Identifiable Information Protection, and regulatory projects is mandatory.
• Strong and proven Stakeholder Management skills, problem solving skills and can-do attitude.
• Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework.
• Ability to steer stakeholders to the common goal of project scope to ensure time, cost, and scope are well maintained.

The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical operational activities, managing the technical department as well as providing engineering & planning services for tender and support services to projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director for this business, the role will be responsible for new and existing business development within our client base.

The key measures of success in this role will be (but not limited to):

• Sourcing - be a key point of contact for the internal (HR) talent acquisition needs
• Lead Generation – drive activities, events, meetings for the purpose of networking and generating leads that are commercial important for the business
• Key Account Management – we partner with most top brands with their recruitment needs for the Singapore market so this role will be responsible for managing some of these key relationships
• Team Management – if you are someone with a passion to lead a sales business, this role will have the opportunity to manage a team of 1-4 people in the next 6 months
• Engagement – use social media, events, cold calling as an engagement tool to drive new business development
• Closing – we are looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills as this role requires an ability to close

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors’ Degree with at least 4 years experience of having worked in a recruitment company, with minimum 2 years in a people management role would be an advantage
