Job Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level and above with at least 2 years of working experience in purchasing in the Hospitality industry
• Good communications & negotiation skills
• Good analysing and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Positive attitude and able to work independently and as well as in team
• Altminds/orderEZ system knowledge preferred

Job Description:

• Handle administrative and purchasing duties.
• Monitoring inventory stock and make purchase orders in advance of stock running out.
• Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers.
• Issue invoice and delivery order to schedule delivery.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
• Researching new vendors and compare the market pricing.
