Procurement Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer or Head of Procurement

• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market

• Talent in negotiations and networking

• Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software

• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

• Experience in collecting and analyzing data

• Strong leadership capabilities

• BSc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration

• Reporting and operations

• Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction

• Responsible for the procurement of goods and services as per requestor’s requirement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree Business Administration or related study
• Procurement working experience for a minimum 2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite and Sesami e-procurement system is an advantage

• Ability to operate and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines

Job Description

• Procurement and purchasing of building system and equipment
• Support Property Management on paperwork and monthly reports
• Support in all tender exercises
• Source of Service Providers for approved vendors list
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Yardi system
• Comply with government procurement procedures for calling tenders/ quotations and recommending awards of contracts to the tender board

Job Description:

• Responsible for the sourcing, procurement, integration of the new articles in our system and stock management.
• Acts as liaison with internal (sales, technical and warehouse teams) and external parties such as suppliers
• Procurement KPI and cost savings
• Work very closely with the warehouse team to have a complete stocks per system
• Coordinate with the Category Managers per Articles/Suppliers
• Involve in stock management
• Replenishing the stocks include purchasing and shipping
• To update purchasing per supplier in the system
• To update master data for stock materials (Default as general stocks, set re-order point level and the maximum stock level, delivery unit, etc…)
• To update PO delivery time per material in the system
• Monthly stocks and slow moving report
• Monthly stocks inventory
• Identify prospect suppliers for local sourcing

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain and Regulation required : cross trading, Incoterm, custom regulation, documentary credits
• SAP background is an added point

· Assist the Procurement Manager in his duties and responsibilities

· Attend to daily request for sourcing of goods and materials under his/her portfolio from end users

· Check and ensure request forms are duly signed by the authorized signatory before sending out Request for Quotations (RFQ) to approved vendors

· Ensure purchase orders are processed within specified time in line with the KPI

· Ensure that all purchasing data are accurately input into the ERP System

· Ensure execution of purchases are in accordance to Town Council’s policies

· Conduct sourcing of materials and services locally for operation in accordance to established policies and procedures

· Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements

· Use excellent customer service skills, establish, and maintain effective working relationships with vendors

· Liaise with Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the Group with the suppliers

· Ensure quality standards are met through administration of purchasing complaints

· Maintain copies of required procurement document for each procurement of supplies, work, and service

· Any other duties as instructed by the Procurement Manager

• Collaborating with the sourcing team to optimise the company's agency portfolio

• Managing inventory, including winery allocation schedules and trade replenishments

• Crafting and executing offers and campaigns for the sales teams

• Conducting tasting sessions with internal and external parties
