Summary

Job Summary:

Role and Responsibilities

• Liaison with various department and vendors in resolving discrepancies such as price, quality, delivery, or payment issues.
• Liaise with supplier and operations for logistic arrangement to supply goods to vessels. Track and monitor purchases to ensure logistics processes and procedures are in place for timely delivery of goods and services.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits related to purchasing processes and practices.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the maritime industry.
