You will ultimately hold responsibility as the Singapore regional logistics order to shipment, subject matter expert. Understanding and representing everything about spare parts order through successful customer shipment will be the focus of this role. • Assist parts escalations team for urgent P1 (priority) orders to ensure parts inbounded passes quality inspections, country of origin (COO) and Harmony Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes are loaded in SAP, monitor shipments until order is delivered to ensure it reaches the Field Engineer (FE) in a timely manner.
• Monitor aging inventory – Keep oversight of global inventory locations ensuring material is progressing as expected. Work with Management and key operational stakeholders to resolve any obstacles preventing expected material flow.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios testing for platform updates in vendor program management or internal SAP changes.
