Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all back-end business operations related to inventory to optimize inventory and service levels, ensuring customers have a seamless ordering/purchasing experience with the company. Collect historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products. Place purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock and minimize out-of-stock situations by actively monitoring stock inventory. Work closely with suppliers for timely delivery and expedite when necessary. Handle customer technical support cases through phone or email submissions, and communicate with suppliers if necessary. Qualifications:
