Job Description:

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to conduct monthly pre-S&OP at SKU level across few business and ensure supply sufficiency, right inventory at right quantity, time and cost.

What Will You Do

• To conduct monthly pre-S&OP at SKU level across few business - Singapore, Malaysia, Agency, International (business group to be re-assigned base on progress / workload).
• To be diligent on demand analytics and analytics with common sense and ability to influence sales & marketing base on analytics.
• To ensure supply sufficiency, right inventory at right quantity, time and cost.
• Inventory management – aging, slow moving, obsolete, new launch, promotion .
• To be an effective communicator and team player to work cross-functionally – lateral and horizontal.

• To work collaboratively across business functions including production planner, logistics, finance, sales & marketing and etc.

What Do We Want

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administrative orr relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply and Demand planning, forecasting, or analysis.
• Must have S&OP Exposure.
• Have strong knowledge in Supply Chain and Material Management Systems in a production environment.
• Have knowledge in Material Planning is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
