Position Details:

- Compensation: Monthly base salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 + Attractive Bonuses (including AWS 13th-month payout)
What You'll Do:
- Support Procurement Operations: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Maintain accurate records of vendor, subcontractor, and service provider documents while assessing their performance.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining organized records.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee purchase orders, manage shipment clearance, and monitor delivery schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate monthly inventory and purchasing reports to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Excel and SAP.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor sourcing practices.
- Qualities: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
