Responsibilities:

• Responsible but not limited for reviewing daily orders in the procurement system tools (CafePro) for multiple cafes site in meta to ensure the correct suppliers are selected and double checking the quantities.
• Implement of procurement policies and procedures and vendor management for the meta site to ensure the quality and quantity of the purchases is in accordance with meta procurement global policies.
• Place the order raised by culinary chefs and check that the purchase order is created.
• Liaises with the supplier to troubleshoot daily issues.
• Logs and tracks supplier issues when it comes to quality and service.
• Escalates any emergency issues to the purchasing manager/ Facebook regional purchasing manager. Co-ordinating and scheduling of inbound receiving and delivery on a timely manner with respective suppliers.
• Analyze monthly purchases report by category and department, consumption/pricing and prepare working reports timely
• Continuous sourcing (both locally and overseas) for more competitive/alternate goods taking into consideration price, quality and reliability
• Escalates any emergency issues to the purchasing manager/ Facebook regional purchasing manager

• F&B experiences preferred ·
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent (in Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing & Materials Management or relevant field)
