Job requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Accountancy or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement administration
• A good understanding of Government Procurement Policies will be advantageous.
• Familiar with Tenderboard system or Oracle.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Track orders from placement through to delivery, resolving any issues that may arise.
• To consolidate all the purchase requisitions and communicate with the site office.
• Perform proactive sourcing from local/international suppliers and negotiate the best possible terms for quality, price and delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or related field.

• Familiar in category strategy development, sourcing, supplier performance management and contract management.
• Good knowledge of procurement best practices, contract agreement, financials and cost analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monthly usage Reports:

• Prepare and compile monthly financial reports, including data for brands like Delibowl and Shock Burger.

2. Purchase Record Management:

• Record detailed descriptions of goods purchased, quantities, and prices line by line in an Excel sheet for all Kampong Ampat purchases.

• Track and record monthly purchase data for other brands.

3. Invoice and Document Management:

• Scan and organize all (key) invoices and documents for proper filing and submission to relevant departments.

4. Record detailed descriptions of goods purchased, quantities, and prices line by line in an Excel sheet as necessary

5. Inventory Management:

• Assist with monthly inventory checks to ensure accurate stock data.

6. Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile monthly statements with suppliers or related parties, resolve discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy.

7. Administrative Support:

• Provide support for other financial or administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.

8. Ad-hoc Tasks:

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, such as assisting in operational or administrative projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• At least 1-2 years of work experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial software.

• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for a Regional Category Head, Marketing Procurement to help lead the Marketing category in Grab. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Category Leadership and Value Creation Drive

• Lead with vision, shaping and driving procurement solutions for the Marketing category.
• Assess opportunities, shape, develop Category and Sourcing Strategies and accomplish them for Marketing across Media, Agencies, Production and Materials.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and ability to harness data intelligence to derive category insights and opportunities.
• Lead the development and socialising of business cases and cost/benefit analyses to support bottomline optimization, process efficiency opportunities and champion right governance and controls across marketing spends.

• Draft, improving and driving best possible outcomes in Commercial Contracting
• Lead complex and high value regional strategic sourcing, or provide guidance to direct report or local marketing procurement practitioner peers
• Drive Procurement Strategies in identifying, sizing and implementing Value Creation Initiatives relevant to Marketing Category

Job Responsibilities

• Comply and uphold the integrity of Procurement policy and procedures.
• Performing as a role of Category Specialist, responsible for managing assigned Categories, including but not limited to the understanding of business and drivers for the respective Categories.

Job Requirements

• A Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with minimum 5 years of related Procurement experience; experience in Category Management is a plus.
• Resourceful and proficient in sourcing for relevant vendors in terms of price, delivery, and capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of Contract Terms and Conditions.
• Competent and comfortable with negotiations with vendors.
• Ability to formulate Contracts.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team to meet timelines and KPIs.
• Ability to adapt business requirements and acquire Category/ product knowledge through close engagement with stakeholders.
• Meticulous with details and accurate with numbers.
• Possesses a proactive and strategic mindset with hands-on attitude.
