General Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue purchase orders to both local and overseas suppliers in accordance with recommendations from the requestor. Both SAP PO and manual PO where applicable.
• Support company MRO / CRO operation in the form of hangar consumables timely replenishment, on time sending out of tooling and GSE POs to approved vendors that are due for calibration.

• Data entry to computer system to raise and issue purchase order and transmit order to vendors through email or other acceptable means. Ensure all orders to suppliers are received and acknowledged.
• Track and monitor status of purchase orders and handles suppliers follow ups on delivery action to ensure timely delivery and meet urgent requirement.
• Update company stake holders on the status of the request to ensure MRO / CRO project are on track and tooling and GSE calibration PO are issued before calibration due dates.
• Liaise and communicate with internal customers on status of orders and other procurement needs.
• Update ERP system on incoming materials and compares information on packing slips with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment received for Finance processing.
• Ensures that all supplies received are processed and distributed to requestor in timely manner, as directed in Purchase Requisition.
• Assist Procurement Lead / Procurement Manager in all other procurement functions as required.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Optimization, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing end-to-end inventory and exceeding customer delivery performance expectations. This role is essential for uncovering rich and actionable inventory insights, ensuring working capital is accurately deployed, and delivering outstanding customer experience. You will lead global teams which are responsible for alignment of customer service level targets to demand segments, multi-echelon inventory optimization, cross functional facilitation to improve inventory health, disposition of impaired inventory, management of customer stated lead time policies, and inventory reserves management.

Other Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Inventory Optimization, Inventory Management, and Customer Service Level teams.
• Oversee multi-echelon inventory optimization and other supply chain policy management.
• Measure inventory health and implement proactive and reactive strategies for improvement.
• Define and manage structural Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) targets.
• Facilitate multiple cross functional inventory and service level forums.

You Are:

• An outstanding leader with a consistent track record in leading supply chain, industrial engineering or relevant areas, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive critical initiatives in a highly organized and adaptable manner
• Possess a Bachelors’ Degree or above and at least 12 years of work experience across key business functional areas such as inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product and manufacturing processes.

KEY JOB PURPOSE

You are required to ensure the smooth operation of his/her assigned process unit.
