KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source spare parts for vehicles and construction machinery/equipment.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers/vendors to ensure the best value.
• Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and order confirmations.
• Track and manage delivery timelines to ensure parts arrive as scheduled.
• Accurately input and maintain data related to purchasing activities in company systems.
• Manage and update vendor databases and contact lists.
• Assist and support purchasing-related administrative matters.

• Familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking colleagues/workers.

Job Responsibilities

• To maintain a proper and accurate record of stock inventory inclusive of inventory check and stock count.
• Coordinate with all related departments in all inventory issues.
• Undertake all calls on stock enquiries.
• To prepare and submit all required inventory reports
• Carries out routine checks on stock items and reports missing/damaged items (For ISO purpose)
• To perform overtime as and when require
• To undergo cross training in inventory within warehouse
