Job Requirements:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling operation or customer service coordination

· Familiar with heavy equipments such as reach stacker, crawler crane, excavators, trucks and forklift will be an advantage

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Good team player, able to work under pressure, tight deadlines with minimum supervision

Job Description

• Monitor expiry dates of maintenance contracts (Eg: Electricity, Group Property Insurance, 3rd Party FM tenders, Transfer of ownership/ Sales and Purchase of properties)
• Bulk tender for common maintenance services
• Renewal of OEM maintenance contracts
• Generate, check and endorse monthly Summary of Term Contracts for Finance Department to be provided to them via hardcopy and softcopy (pdf and excel).
• Explore various contract procurement and agreement improvement methods and strategies.
• Monitoring of performance bond and contractor procured insurance.
• Involve in contractors shortlisting process, Quality check on contractors, internal and external audits

Requirements

• Have done both hard and soft services.
• Have done recommendation papers
• Have managed Vendor side of things à Negotiation, tender interviews etc.
• Can work in fast paced environment, manage tight deadlines, can take stress
