Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions, source goods, and update requestors on order status.

• Evaluate and manage supplier/subcontractor performance and inventory levels.

• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to ensure timely customer order fulfillment.

• Maintain and update ERP and documentation systems per ISO standards, resolving errors promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data input, analytics, and maintenance of the Procurement Department’s electronic folders.
• Conduct clerical and administrative tasks within the Procurement Department.
• Assist and support the team with quotation and tender activities.
• Utilize internal Purchase Requisitions to identify and process purchase requirements, ensuring accurate information for the Purchase Order process.
