The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for medical instruments, devices, consumables, and other supplies. Key Responsibilities:

•

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address procurement needs and requests.

•

Lead the annual stock inventory audit in collaboration with the nursing team.

Job Requirements:

•

Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare procurement.

•

Familiarity with stock inventory management systems (e.g., SCMS) is a plus.

•

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

•

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with an ability to secure favorable terms.

•

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

•

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
