Responsiblities:

• To take charge and facilitate the procuring and sourcing of trading goods in timely manner
• To monitor and negotiate pricing with suppliers actively
• To liaise with relevant parties to order and process POs, shipping and arrival documents, communicate goods arrival, product creation and price updating
• To prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records, products and price lists
• To assist in sales administrative support e.g. launch letters, goods transfer etc
• To follow up closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Business
• Min 2 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking vendors
• Must be proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word

Purchasing Assistant - Pioneer - West

Responsibilities:

• Perform all procurement related activities such as raising purchase order, corresponding with suppliers and sourcing for materials and equipment
• Liaise directly with warehouse personnel to effectively monitor, and replenish various raw materials and packaging materials for the daily operations
• Involved in resolving issues related with material quality, specification and quantity with vendors
• Assist in preparing and checking of import documents, to ensure timely customs clearance of goods
• Ensure and maintain proper record and filing & records system in department

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics Management, or equivalent.

Job Description

We are looking for a professional executive to oversee the purchasing of goods and

services for our organization. The role is crucial in ensuring that the company

acquires the necessary materials and supplies at the best possible prices, with high

quality and in a timely manner.

The executive will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the billing

process for utility services such as electricity and water. Their primary duties involve

around ensuring accurate and timely billing for utility services provided to customers.

Responsibilities

Purchasing

· Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors

· Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services

· Creating and placing orders for required goods and services

· Ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation

· Reviewing procurement expenses and working to reduce costs without compromising on quality

Utility Billing

· Ensuring utility bills are generated accurately based on usage and service rates

· Reviewing and verifying digital meter readings to ensure correctness

· Handling billing cycles and ensuring timely bill distribution to customers

· Maintaining customer records, ensuring accurate data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Support the Purchasing Department in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Facilitate the procurement process, including purchase order (PO) issuance, sourcing, handling quotations, and supplier management.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and relevant government regulations.
• Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain and update purchasing documents and records accurately.
• Manage local and overseas sourcing, including completing order processing, price checks, and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
