About The Role

As a Procurement Executive / Senior Executive in ALPS, you will be based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore, you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Equipment Maintenance

• Creation and updating of equipment card, service contracts and service calls in SAP system.
• Extract monthly report of expiring preventive maintenance contracts and send email reminder to users.

Invoice processing

• Check, sort and process invoices. Do matching of documents vs SAP system.

• Update the price lists when necessary.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors for improved purchase terms, includingreduction in price.
