About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of Digital Procurement team and you will report to the Head of Digital Procurement. The Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day procurement tool-support related operations. This position involves coordinating various operational activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. You will be working closely with the Telenor business units and driving standardization by leveraging all tool features. The role requires you to consider avenues for continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities:

Process Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Purpose:
