• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and manage contract agreements effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or above in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Experienced with sourcing and material understanding.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Bilingualism will be an advantage as we need to oftenly and effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.
• 5.5 day work

• Check and process requisitions, quotations.
• Liaise with and review third-party vendors..
• Prepare necessary documents for importation, exportation and delivery of goods and services.
• Process and maintain proper records of invoices, delivery orders, service reports and any other accompanying certificates and documents.
• Highly organised, meticulous and on schedule
• Good negotiation skills.
