Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert to conduct research and provide advice to stakeholders, to enable informed business decisions aligned with the Bank’s sustainability agenda
• Identify, evaluate, and engage with suppliers to foster strategic partnerships aimed at driving sustainability improvements
• Develop precise sustainability specifications and business requirements for vendor products and services that are integral to the Bank's operations
• Identify sustainability initiatives and improvement opportunities, provide recommendations for prioritization, and develop comprehensive Bank-wide implementation plans
• Take on a leadership role in key sustainable operations projects, establishing frameworks and extracting valuable lessons learnt
• Ensure compliance with all relevant sustainability regulations and standards
• Provide support in the preparation of KPIs and sustainability reporting as required
• Additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by senior management and the Procurement Sustainability Team Lead, provided they fall within the scope of sustainable procurement and are in alignment with the Bank's sustainability agenda
• Help educate and train procurement partners to empower the department to achieve restorative procurement goals

Requirements

• Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 8 years of experience in driving sustainable supply chain agenda or related fields of work.
• Strong track record of relevant experience and accomplishments in a related field
• Familiar with concepts such as materiality, risk management, human rights, fair labour standards, modern slavery, ethics, anti-corruption, occupational health and safety, and restorative procurement, etc.
• Customer-focused, excellent relationship management and communications skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary focus of this role is to support the procurement function by conducting compliance analytics, performance management, spend analytics and procurement sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

Procurement Compliance Analytics

• Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify potential anomalies / risks, monitoring and analyzingprocurement processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies, procedures, andrelevant regulations.
• Perform regular data validation / pre audit review to maintain high data quality.

• Collaborate with procurement teams, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data, and identify and rectify areas of non-compliance for corrective actions.
• Suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness

Procurement Performance Management

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency ofprocurement operations.
• Analyze procurement performance data and suggest processimprovements and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Spend Analytics

• Utilize data analysis tools to analyze and interpret procurement spend data.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaboratewith procurement teams to implement strategies for spending optimization.

Procurement Sustainability Reporting

• Drive initiatives to increase user awareness on green procurement practices.
• Facilitatethe preparation of procurement data for sustainability reporting to Management and Temasek.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technicalstakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Knowledge in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and reporting framework will be advantageous

[What you will be working on]

As a FRAP business partner, you will be responsible for supporting the IT division by providing advisory on their procure to pay activities. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders on:

• Budget management such as budget analysis/evaluation, budget preparation, monitoring and reporting

• Procurement activities such as policy formulation, co-solution and vetting of procurement requirement specifications and approvals for compliance with procurement policies, guidelines and processes.

• Financial reporting and management which include accounts payable activities such as payment review and processing, fixed assets and tax accounting as well as the use of data analytics to derive relevant insights and trends.

2. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, while keeping abreast of policies, processes and key risks.

[What we are looking for]

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration; or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the areas of procurement, audit, and/or accounting.

Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing and researching, cost analysis, inventory control, negotiating contract and processing purchase orders in strict accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
