Responsible for the group’s procurement and purchasing matters
Source new and alternative products and suppliers, negotiate price and ensure timely fulfilment
Conduct regular inventory check and maintain optimal inventory levels
Maintain and update the company’s purchasing system
Source quotes for shipments and ensure imports and exports are handled efficiently
Establish KPIs to achieve business objectives for assured supply, quality and cost effectiveness
Work closely with cost controller to formulate or review current policies and best practices in procurement functions
Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports and submit to Management
Other ad-Hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with 3 years experiences working in a similar capacity. Candidates without diploma but with more experience will be considered.
Experience in the F & B industry is a must
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Meticulous with good business acumen
Proven track record of procurement expertise
