Responsibilities:
For some of our brands, you have to manage the entire process in the planning of procurement, supply chain activities and inventory control
Prepare Purchase Orders and facilitate customs clearance and all necessary arrangements for smooth inventory replenishment
Work with sales team and analyse demand pattern to forecast orders and stock levels in warehouse
Liaise with logistics suppliers to ensure the best quotations for supply chain services
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of logistics and storage services
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Competencies:
Entry level candidate are welcomed
Strong analytical skills
Good team player in a growing department
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work schedules
Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems
