Job Description

• To provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to the customer.
• Responsible for the daily operation, merchandising, sale, stocking, issuing invoices and display of the parts
• Manage and control parts and warehouse material inventory, ensuring monthly stock take conducted and tally with system quantity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage effective and efficient marine fuel procurement for container vessels at designated ports and services
• Engagement of Operating vessels’ marine fuel requirements as per assigned
• Achieve cost effective marine fuel procurement by negotiating with suppliers, such as oil majors, refineries, independent suppliers, and traders
• Address and resolve issues related to marine fuel quality and quantity, and follow up with claims as needed
• Manage Marine Fuel related services providers, such as surveyors and laboratory services
• Manage invoices and payments related to marine fuel
• Provide support for additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping or a related maritime industry
• Experience in bunker procurement with strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the bunker industry and fuel specifications
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report and share information in a timely manner
• Positive attitude and the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace

Provide effective support to Cluster Categories, being knowledgeable in the field, assisting the Global Category Leader and Regional Sourcing Leader in delivering the strategy for the category and implementing the tactical approach for the next contract event.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation of the category strategies for goods, materials and services over a 0-2 year time horizon and primary role cover China market.
2. Support stewardship of vendor performance and address issues that arise within assigned contract portfolio
3. Work collaboratively cross-functionally to ensure Client / Operating function needs are met
4. Support appropriate operational activities are in place to ensure supply reliability
5. Build effective relationships with suppliers to ensure the best results are achieved for the Client and Operating functions
6. Support adherence to GARP compliance for assigned contract portfolio
7. Support PCP and financial controls compliance for assigned contract portfolio

• Proficient in SAP MM Module/ARIBA would be an advantage.
• Government procurement experience would be a plus

• Plan and supervise day-to-day inbound & outbound admin/operations activities to deliver all the required targets.
• Plan and execute daily resources to ensure KPI is not compromised.
• Assist staffs to resolve all booking/operations challenges/issues.
• Train all admin/operations staffs adequately and maintain all relevant records.
• Check team conformance to all HSE, Security, 5S and quality standards.
• Check team compliance to system processes or customer’s specified requirement
• Escalate to Manager/Operations Executive on any non-conformance and execute assigned remedy actions to resolve this nonconformance.
• Perform all other tasks or duties assigned by Manager/Operation Executive
• Recommend disciplinary actions, when appropriate and necessary, on admin personnel whom do not comply to the Company’s policies, rules and regulations, duties & responsibilities.
• Plan and arrange for overtime related to admin when need arises, as per requested by Manager/Operations Executive.
