Key Responsibilities

* Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage and dispacthing of raw materials, finished products

* Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent shortages and excess stocks

* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling and overseeing the receiving of chemicals and related materials

* Prepare and maintain accurate records of deliveries; ensure proper labelling and documentations fo all products, including hazardous materials (HAZMAT) labels

* Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks, etc

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sort and handle high volume of supplier invoices
• Support all users for all Purchase Orders with E-Procurement System and meeting Finance month end closing deadlines

• Handle returns or credit notes for any discrepancy deliveries
