• Lead and manage a team of warehouse assistants and administrators to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Supervise receiving, kitting, and shipment activities in alignment with the production plan set by the planning department.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of both system and physical stock levels.
• Uphold safety standards, 5S practices, and efficient store arrangement in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate with the facility department to manage store equipment maintenance effectively.
• Work closely with the Quality department to facilitate IQA inspections and verify the accurate receipt of materials.
• Monitor work orders to ensure timely kitting for production, and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the planning team.
• Maintain drip stock safety levels, conduct regular checks, and notify buyers of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Supervise and ensure all SAP system transactions are accurate and well-maintained.
• Oversee proper documentation of all deliveries and shipments.
• Ensure full compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.

Main job duties & responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a valid forklift license

Job Responsibilities

· To structure a system of handling and organizing enquiries that comes into the company and assist the sales people to work on project costings.

· To collect sales personnel’s enquiry and disseminate to suppliers for quotations.

· Source for suppliers’ quotations, price comparisons

· To work with suppliers to negotiate prices and contract terms and draft purchase contracts to suppliers.

· To work with the logistics team to get shipping and logistics pricing.

· To work with the logistic team to monitor the performance of suppliers during the production and supply phase.

· To monitor the trend of product prices and forex rates and report to management.

· To collect historical data of purchases for market research.

· Handle call and email enquiries.

· Perform any other administrative/accounting duties as assigned.

Requirement

· Min. 2 years relevant work experience, Purchasing or Business preferably;

· Proficient in microsoft office and good with numbers.

· Fluent in Chinese and English languages, both written and spoken. Comfortable dealing with people.

· Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns

· Good organization skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.

· Responsible and mature with high level of literacy competence

· Possess good inter-personal, analytical and communication skills

· A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and resilience

· Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

· Able to work independently and prioritise work with minimum supervision

Job Responsibilities:

• Unload and store materials in compliance with SDS guidelines and designated storage areas
