Job Descriptions:

To perform logistics (primary) & warehouse (secondary) physical duties include:

• Pick, pack, load and unload wine/spirit orders
• Receive goods (GRN) from overseas via local forwarder
• Operate pallet stacker, pallet jack, work assist vehicle
• Drive 10 ft refrigerated lorry to deliver goods to clients safely and timely (Island wide)
• Perform inventory count
• Conduct routine warehouse maintenance, ensure cleanliness, and adhere to safety rules and company policies
• Report discrepancies and damages timely
• Assist Warehouse Manager in ad hoc duties

Job Requirement:

• Min. of 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations
• Possess Class 3 driving license with a min. of 5 years of driving experience
• Proficient in English (both verbal & written skills).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools.
• Able to drive a manual transmission 10 ft. lorry
• Familiar with local routes and parking locations
• Able to perform and endure carrying heavy goods.
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with people.
• Maintain confidentiality with high integrity and commitment.
• Willing to work overtime with payment at extra hours ad hoc (Before/after working shifts).
• Candidate with experience in dealing with wines/spirits is an advantage.

• Purchase administration and order processing

• Negotiation of pricing, credit terms and supplier contracts, delivery schedule
• Monitor cost and project budget and develop cost forecasts
• Vendor development-evaluate vendors based on quality, on-time delivery, and cost

Your role as Tactical Buyer is to ensure effective and efficient execution of the (operational) procurement activities by for example arranging adequate material supply, resolving operational procurement issues, driving cost down / cost efficiency and ensuring master data control.

Job Description

You will independently manage the operational procurement process for multiple suppliers and Sourcing Lead. To prepare and oversee supplier negotiations including tactics, spend base analysis, script, dry-run and orchestrating stakeholders involved as well as all contract details. Your focus is on operational execution and timely availability of required materials within boundary conditions. Next, is to manage day-to-day contact with our suppliers (including owning agenda of interactions) and track all communication for full transparency.

Your responsibilities:

• (Operationally) manage suppliers

• Actively manage your stakeholders at ASML

• Build, maintain and extend a sustainable relationship within Procurement, Logistics, Suppliers and Engineers

• Support in solving issues and development needs

• Translate business and improvements needs towards suppliers

• Provide reports on performance and planning

Education

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the direction of Supply Chain Management, (International) Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Finance.

Experience

You have 2-5 years’ experience in a procurement / sourcing or commercial (related) role, ideally in a technology intensive industry. It is also considered a pre when affinity with one or more where technical affinity is key;

The Role

• Patrol all areas of the property. Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures. Identify and report safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect facility, equipment and access points to determine that all are in good order.
• Monitor footage from surveillance cameras, assess and maintain compliance and safety.
• Verify proper functioning of physical security systems.

About You

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Experience in the loss prevention work would be an advantage

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse assistants and administrators to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Supervise receiving, kitting, and shipment activities in alignment with the production plan set by the planning department.
