Job Requirements

• Diploma in relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in process plant ideally in power station or petrochemical plant.
• Knowledge on material used in operation and maintenance activities of combined cycle power plant.
• Knowledge on material control and inventory management.
• Knowledge in maintaining material usage records in CMMS & SAP.

The Procurement in Integration & Energy is responsible for delivery solutions to Offshore market, serving the shipyards and ship owners in Singapore, China region. Under the guidance of the Regional Procurement Manager and in collaboration with the Procurement Lead, the Project Team of Kongsberg oversees procurement and ensures successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on Purchase Order in meeting project delivery milestone for regular monitoring with suppliers, logistics, Procurement Lead and/or delivery engineer(s)
• Interface with Project Planner for project delivery alignment
• Interface for Logistics arrangement after FAT.
• The ability to influence for on time delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers for POs confirmation
• Obtain progress milestone certification and/or proof of delivery from suppliers/contractor to proceed for payment
• Other tasks as needed given by manager
