Job Description:

• Oversee and supervise warehouse assistants to ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods. Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor all deliveries of raw materials for production, ensuring stocks are organized and dispatched according to the FIFO system. Prepare and handle delivery orders and packing lists, as well as assist with incoming and outgoing cargo operations.
• Ensure minimum stock levels are consistently maintained and plan for future capacity requirements. Support the production department by preparing and supplying raw and packaging materials based on stock-out request forms and BMR lists.
• Conduct physical monthly inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits. Provide comprehensive monthly inventory reports on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring management receives finished goods inventory lists upon request.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and security standards within the warehouse, receiving, and distribution areas. Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 guidelines, policies, and SOPs. Organize and deliver refresher training sessions for warehouse staff on cGMP and ISO standards.
• Plan and supervise the work schedules of all warehouse staff and assign inventory tasks accordingly.
