Information:

1. Salary range: $2000 - $2600
2. 5.5 days’ work week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm)

Responsibilities:

• Packing of stock for deliveries and courier service
• Coordinate with courier to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with Operation and Account department on the order and payment
• Data entry, Filing and printing of documents
• Daily stock count and stock check to ensure accurate and sufficient inventory level
• Receiving and issue of stock accurately
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports
• Inventory control. Stocks in/out
• Manage e-commerce system, create, update status
• Lift, carry, load and unload goods
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Be overall in charge and coordinate with the warehouse supervisor for proper planning of operations
• Manage inbound and outbound activities of warehousing operations to complete daily tasks on time
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for operational arrangements
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to solve issues related to inbound and outbound processes
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry to support inventory, movement, cycle count, and store take reports
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and plans for management
• Perform other duties as assigned when needed
