We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our Digital Stores community to transform a multi-billion-dollar e-commerce business. As the Go-to-Market Lead in the Asia region, you will deliver the Go-to-Market strategies to grow our direct to customer business for both Consumer and Commercial channels across the markets in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business goals and Partner with regional store leads, category leads, Planners, Site Merchandising and Marketing teams to create and package offers with compelling experiences and services for each core customer segments; establish and track KPIs and ROIs for key initiatives.
• Drive new revenue streams and customer value propositions through pilot programs, and capture learnings to refine future growth plan and inform senior management decision.
• Be the voice of customers to advocate for improvements in product offers, roadmap and customer shopping experience. Serve as liaison between local segment, Corporate and Microsoft Store teams to build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Consumer – Define Go-to-market framework in partnership with regional team to align product launch readiness plan, customer value prop, and lead demand gen campaigns for key beats
  Drive consistent customer experience where possible, and collect regional customer insights
• Commercial – Define Commercial / SMB Go-to-market framework in partnership with regional team to align product launch readiness plan, customer value prop, and lead campaigns for key beats.
  Land and execute corp programs in the field.
  Support pan-regional lead generation and deal flows in partnership with MCAPS, drive best practices sharing across segment teams.
  Be the voice of customer and improve customer satisfaction through prioritization forums.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related rolesOR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND 8+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
• OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles.
• 2+ years people management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• 11+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related rolesOR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND 10+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of 9-10 Store Specialist and meet all contractual requirement, KPI objectives and ensure work processes align with Authority’s SOP.
• To conduct stock-take on all the inventories listed on the asset listing as per contract requirement (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly).
• Maintain accurate physical stock correctness in the respective store houses and Logistics Management System (LMS).
• To provide and ensure all scheduled periodic equipment maintenance for all the inventories are conducted.
• To monitor course indents and prepare the required inventories and to handover to the trainers when course commence.
• At the end of each course, the inventories are to be checked conditionally and well-accounted before taking over from the course trainers.
• To maintain up-to-date maintenance records for all equipment for auditing purposes.
• To raise the necessary disposal process based on the Authority SOP.
• To perform a duty driver and to cover safety and food & water drops at the various OBS campuses, when required.
• To compile and generate Weekly / Monthly reports as per contract requirement.
• To monitor plan staff attendance, work schedule and duties.

Job Requirements:

• To have relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in managing the requirements of such contract or other contracts of similar nature.
• To possess a valid Singapore driving Class 3 license.
• To be able to drive in both day & night time conditions both on & off-road terrain.
• To be able to perform Overtime when work surge.
• To have worked before in logistics & warehousing environments.

The Buyer/Assistant Buyer is responsible for raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records. This role also assists in the sourcing of products and overall contractor selection process.

Job Description

Develop Procurement Plan, manage suppliers/sellers selection process and all procurement activities

• Support the company’s procurement activities
• Assist in establishing working relationships with company network and external vendors
• Plan merchandise assortment considering category mix and range planning
• Formulate and propose pricing strategies and conduct comparison analysis against competitors
• Review products sell through rate and plan for replenishment
• Collaborate with marketing department to execute the promotion strategies in alignment with the product launches
• Conduct market research to stay current with the market trend and competitor strategies
• Source and work closely with suppliers on product selection, pricing and negotiations
• Analyze sales data with proposde buying strategies
• Oversee the logistics process for returning goods to suppliers, including arranging courier and managing documentation requirements
• Prepare and Manage Purchase Order to supplier/s once the procurement plan is approved
• Process and track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, including handling permit applications for import/export
• Monitor and manage inventory level and assess supplier performance
• Conduct quality assurance checks on products upon receipt of stock from suppliers
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Experience Required

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail jewellery is preferred but not a must.

Qualification

• Degree with 3 years of relevant working experience or Diploma holder with 5 to 7 year experience in Procurement or Merchandising field, preferred from similar industry but not a must.
