• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material as required
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Expediting skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
• Working knowledge of ERP database and access database required
