*Job Summary:*
Responsible for managing procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities for projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with government regulations, manufacturer standards, and company policies.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Procurement Management:*
1. Conduct market research on the Singapore material market, including government regulations, manufacturer resources, and material production standards.
2. Coordinate subcontracting bidding and inquiry work.
3. Manage domestic material suppliers, including potential supplier inspections, data collection, and qualified supplier reviews.
4. Receive, review, and register procurement plans in the ledger.
5. Conduct bidding/inquiry procurement, prepare and review bidding documents, and negotiate contracts.
*Logistics and Supply Chain Management:*
1. Familiarity with Singapore customs policies and procedures.
2. Research domestic transportation agents, ports, customs clearance processes, and permit requirements.
3. Track shipment of domestic equipment, manage customs clearance documents and publish shipping information.
4. Manage unloading ships at ports, customs clearance, and domestic transportation.
5. Ensure transportation safety and obtain necessary permits for large-scale transportation.
Data Management and Administration:
1. Maintain procurement management ledgers (planning, contract, invoice, guarantee).
2. Organize and archive paper-based materials.
3. Manage funding plans, review and submit domestic procurement invoices, and track payments.
4. Balance inventory management of domestically procured materials.
5. Utilize project cost management software.
*Risk Management and Quality Control:
1. Identify and control procurement management risks.
2. Lead quality control of domestically procured materials.
3. Ensure delivery schedules meet project milestone requirements.
4. Manage the safety of unloading and transportation of materials.
*Claims and Insurance:*
1. Provide documents required for insurance claims (bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
2. Coordinate logistics companies to issue damage, loss, and accident report materials.
Requirements:
1. Engaged in procurement work in the construction industry.
2, familiar with Singapore suppliers, such as steel, cable, hardware, pipe fittings, and other construction industry-related suppliers.
3. Understand the licensing or certification required for the import of special materials. For example, imported steel requires FPC certification
