• Drive operational efficiencies of the store by providing operational leadership in support of the organization’s service culture and maximize customer satisfaction
• Control labour through effective manpower scheduling and monitor leave of staff

Job scope:

• Manage and oversee the timely fulfillment of incoming and outgoing goods based on customer's orders, sales campaigns and activities to ensure a smooth operating distribution to local stores.
• Supervising team performance and workload allocation to ensure the operations team delivers services effectively and efficiently.
• Keeping track of daily operations and implementing proactive measures to elevate KPI targets.
• Maintaining close communication with customers, transporters, and suppliers to uphold high service levels, productivity, and optimal customer satisfaction.
