This is a full-time opportunity to join as an Operation Manager - Warehouse in the West Region. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective storage and distribution of goods.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage logistics operations, including warehousing and transportation, to achieve operational KPIs such as order accuracy, safety, housekeeping, and productivity targets i.e. Order Accuracy, Safety, Housekeeping).
• Billing and documentation, Inventory Management (Control, Accuracy and level), Overtime Ratio & Labour Productivity.
• Conduct of facility tours, presentations on operations, site visits for customers to present capabilities. Gather data and coordinate effectively with engineering and IT teams.
• Review of operation status with customers & management on a timely manner.
• Develop, train, and recruit operations team members, ensuring smooth inter-departmental communication and fostering staff development.
• Monitor revenue and expenses, negotiate costs with contractors, verify payments, and manage assets to maximize profitability.
• Provide regular management reports on operational performance, budgets, and expenses.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and supply chain processes
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use technology to optimize operations
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
