Job Summary: PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR/EXECUTIVE

The Procurement Coordinator/Executive is responsible for participating in routine sourcing and purchasing activities to obtain the materials, equipment and services to deliver on projects involving ships, rigs and/or conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in process of Procure-to Pay, generate, validate and maintain change of SAP Purchase Order according to business needs
• Liaisingwith the Procurement Centers worldwide to maintain and update local master data regarding regional/global frame contracts to be used
• Imputing and maintaining data in procurement related tools and applications
• Develop and recommend specific sourcing scenarios on the basis of spend analysis findings, extensive knowledge of the relevant supply markets and consolidated business requirements

Qualifications:

• Driving Future State Components in GPS: Key player in implementing improvements and new initiatives within the GPS Risk Book of Work, across DBS footprint.

Requirements:

• Extensive Banking Experience: 5-10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Banking Operations, Risk Management, or Services Procurement within the financial industry.
• Proven Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Deep Banking and Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking terminology, products, operational processes, and technology concepts.
