• Maintain inventory control / asset tagging / scrap equipment
• Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software of the organization
• Perform receiving of inventory and checking of inventory to ensure that items are received in good condition
• Any other inventory or hardware related matters that may arise

Procurement Activities

• Liaising with internal teams to forecast and procure hardware and software across all Tabsquare entities.
• Be the point of contact for day to day procurement activities, managing and resolving any outstanding issues that may arise
• Managing inbound and outbound courier services of hardware, equipment and mails (including payment of custom taxes)
• Printing, scanning and filing of documents
• Responsible for ad-hoc support at the Singapore office and storeroom

Experience Required:

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Information Technology,, Procurement, Hardware Management or related fields
• Experience in fixed asset tracking, inventory control and procurement management
• Good understanding of Procurement, hardware and managing vendors is a plus
• Possess service-mindset and experience in managing and supporting users
• Able to multitask, strong analytical mind with good trouble-shooting skills
• Willingness to troubleshooting hardware
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate with mandarin speaking suppliers is a plus.
• Prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
• Good stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Contracting Strategy appropriate for the project scope, project strategy and contractor market; to be involved as early as Investment Proposal in the development of Contracting Strategy.
• Manage the pre-qualification process
• Organize pre-qualification for the tender under allocation
• Ensure updating of approved vendor list for qualified vendors/contractors
• Ensure proper implementation and follow-up of procurement contracts
• Facilitate visibility and availability of contracts.
• For purchases larger than a certain amount without framework agreement, execute and manage an optimal supplier selection process via all required steps such as: conduct internal and market analysis, determine selection criteria, develop and evaluate RFI and RFP, execute clarification meetings, communicate to bidders and cooperate with internal business partners.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Business
• Strong commercial awareness and experience of Contract Law, which include drafting contract/specification clauses.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations; vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Job Description: -

· Perform daily warehouse operations such as put away, picking, packing/ wrapping and inventory maintenance.

· Perform quality checks on received items and picked products.

· Dispatch orders accurately to logistics partners

· Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.

· Perform daily housekeeping of the operation area such as disposal of damaged pallets, and other unwanted packing materials upon completion of operations, and cleaning up the warehouse areas.

· Report discrepancy such as shortages, excess and damaged cartons.

· Ensure warehouse safety and adhere SOP.

· Responsible for the store security and cargo preservation.

· To be aware of the environmental aspects and its impact in the daily course of work and take measures to minimize any significant impacts.

· Participate in annual stock take and cycle count.
