Job Description:

• Oversee the accurate and timely documentation of stock movements, such as delivery notes, purchase orders, rental fleet orders, and receiving functions, with data entry into SAP.
• Track the movement of spare parts, materials, and other inventory to ensure efficient incoming and outgoing processes, including picking, packing, and receiving orders.
• Supervise cycle counts and perform annual stocktake, including van stock counts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Address any discrepancies between physical stock and SAP records immediately.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring stock is received in a timely manner and physical counts align with system records. Follow up on discrepancies and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Oversee claims related to overseas purchase shipments, liaising with vendors and closing claims efficiently. Keep relevant stakeholders updated on claim status.
• to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Provide guidance and advice to ensure accurate and timely job performance while adhering to QMS and EHS standards.
• Ensure the effective utilization of warehouse storage space to achieve maximum space efficiency. Apply sound principles of warehousing and material handling.
• Ensure warehouse operations adhere to company guidelines, quality management systems (QMS), and Jebsen & Jessen Singapore's internal control policies.
• Ensure adherence to local warehousing, material handling, and shipping regulations. Advise management on necessary actions to remain compliant.
• Provide timely reports on stock movement, discrepancies, and any critical issues for management review.
• Supervise the rental fleet, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining the system's data integrity for all rental equipment.
• Ensure proper control mechanisms are in place to avoid errors, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations for procurement, production, sales and inventory management.
• Organize, monitor and follow-up closely for both local and international logistic arrangement.
• Source, evaluate, review and recommend local vendors and sub-contractors based on past performance, quality, delivery, service, systems, pricing, lead time and delivery location to ensure that the goods, services, or works are procured at the best possible costs and within company delegated of authoriy.

Experience & Qualification:

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications and training are also beneficial.
• Certification in forklift operation preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, including inventory control.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software, SAP and other relevant technology.
• Sound knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in warehousing.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Preferred to have 2-4 years of working experiences in supply chain or logistics warehouse.
• Produce a deep understanding of administrative processes, office management, and relevant software tools.
• Able to work independently, take initiative and willing to work overtime/weekends (when needed)
• Must have high level of integrity, able to generate trust and build alliances with co-workers
