Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor who will be responsible not only for managing the day-to-day operations of the store but also for designing promotional activities, creating in-store signage, and handling self-media marketing campaigns. In this role, you will oversee store efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive sales performance. You will also be responsible for designing and executing promotional campaigns, creating eye-catching boards for in-store displays, and promoting the store’s activities through various social media platforms to attract more customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring the achievement of sales, inventory, and staffing targets.
Manage and optimize product displays, inventory logistics, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability and optimal presentation.
Monitor and analyze sales data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to boost performance.
2. Team Management and Training
Lead and manage the store team by creating employee schedules, performance evaluations, and training plans to ensure the team operates efficiently.
Conduct onboarding training for new hires and continuous learning for existing staff to enhance overall team performance.
3. Promotional Campaigns & In-Store Signage Design
Plan, design, and implement in-store promotions, including discounts, bundling, and gift-with-purchase offers to drive foot traffic and sales.
Design and produce promotional boards and signage for in-store displays that clearly communicate promotions and attract customer attention.
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, including setting up promotional rules and guidelines, and ensuring that the store team is fully informed and aligned.
4. Social Media Marketing & Online Promotion
Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms such as , Shopee, TikTok, facebook and Xiaohongshu, to promote store campaigns and increase visibility.
Create engaging promotional content, including creative copywriting, designing promotional posters, and producing short videos for social media platforms.
Design and implement interactive activities (such as giveaways, quizzes, or check-ins) to engage customers online and encourage store visits.
5. Customer Service & Experience Management
Oversee the team to ensure exceptional customer service, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer feedback and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and that customers have a positive experience.
6. Operations Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze store performance data regularly, including sales figures, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics, and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.
Based on data analysis, propose and implement improvements to optimize store operations and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Associate’s diploma or degree, preferably in Retail Management, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in store operations or promotional planning.
Skills
Familiarity with retail operations processes, with strong skills in sales data analysis and problem-solving.
Experience in promotional campaign design and social media marketing, with the ability to create engaging in-store boards and online promotional materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (such as Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Understanding of how to effectively use self-media platforms (Shopee, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for marketing and promotions.

Creative thinker with the ability to spot market trends and opportunities quickly.
Proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Passion for the retail industry and willingness to take on new challenges.
Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must for interacting with diverse customers and team members.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $3000-$3500 Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
