They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as an experienced Head of Procurement Excellence and Transformation.

The role will lead a team and work cross functionally to drive effective procurement digitalization and continuous improvement programs through the strategic use of technology tools, applications, and process re-engineering to maximize business profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the digital transformation of procurement processes and systems, leveraging automation and data-driven insights to optimize efficiency and effectiveness to optimally support the business objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement framework and governance structure that aligns with the organization’s strategy, ensuring procurement compliance where necessary
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to analyze procurement data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
• Be a Subject Matter Expert at Procure-To-Pay, Sourcing-To-Contract or Supplier Enablement tools and processes
• Be the Business Lead in terms of any new projects and system enhancements while liaising with key vendors on pre and post implementation reviews
• Staying aligned with up-to-date procurement regulations and market trends, with the key objective of making happen effective alternate sourcing workflow where required
• Ensure visibility into supply chain risks while cultivate strategic alliances with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms to enhance financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end eProcurement/ Procurement IT Or Procurement systems environment
• Proven track record in acquired solution-oriented mindset to manage complex negotiations and contracts management
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to key stakeholders
• A good understanding of SAP Ariba or equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
