Job Summary:

Ensure smooth warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, and storing inventory, as well as preparing orders for dispatch. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive, check, and record incoming stock.
  Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
  Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  Verify items and quantities against order slips or delivery notes.
  Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
  
• General Warehouse Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
  Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
  
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
  

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in a warehouse operational role.
• Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WMS.
• Must be physically fit.
• A valid forklift license and experience operating material handling equipment is highly advantageous.

Job scope:

• Procures materials components, equipment, supplies and services necessary for the operation of the company.

• setting.

• control; Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Experience with MRP / ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office products (especially Word, Excel, Visio and Project)
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with external partners
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter and be able to work under pressure

• Company Transport: from Jurong East MRT & Choa Chu Kang MRT at 7am
• Working hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm (Mondays to Fridays)
• Salary up to $5500 per month with AWS & VB
