Job Description:

Provide services to support the procurement activities in mitigating any potential risks in the following areas (including but not limited to):

• Review and support all technology sourcing activities (RFP/RFQ requests, negotiate commercial and contractual terms, conduct market research, contract renewals etc.)
• Provide timely advice to internal stakeholders on the procurement activities relating to sourcing and contractual matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings
• Manage the procurement governance and risk matters (Identify and mitigate risks within the procurement process, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and compliance risks etc.)
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma any discipline
• Minimum at least 1 to 3years of procurement experience in IT Hardware, Software & Professional Services knowledge, Telco and Project Management
• Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, data analytics skills would be advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint
• Positive with good attitude, eager to learn, Project management skill
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQ/tender management, process optimization, and stakeholder training.
