Working hours: Mon – Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Support Deputy Director / Head in management and administration of Whole of Government (WoG) Demand Aggregated (DA) contracts.
• Duplicate of WOG DA contracts from Gebiz into iLMS.
• Work with Ministry of Home Affairs decentralized cataloging agencies in assigning of material and services numbers to the WOG DA contracts items.
• Work with Ministry of Home Affairs cataloging authority in managing the material and service master.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Government sector.
• Experience with SAP and cataloging.
• Experience in procurement management and use of Gebiz would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
