About The Role

As a Procurement Executive in ALPS, you will be based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore, you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Job scope:

• Maintain proper records of documents and correspondence

Job Descriptions

• Pick, pack and organise online orders as per packing slip
• Ensure that the items are picked up by third party couriers
• Send and perform doorstep delivery for bulky orders to clients using the van if required
• Perform loading and unloading duties for incoming/outgoing shipment
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with other general warehouse duties
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (e.g. coffee equipment, oat milk)
• Experienced/comfortable with operating pallet stacker/pallet jack
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and a positive mindset and “can-do” attitude to continuously strive to make things better
• Possess a Class 3 Driver’s license
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm

Your Role

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Purchasing, you will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders from project sites and vendors, to ensure timely deliveries. In addition, you will generate purchase orders and monitor inventory reports.
