Duties and responsibilities:

Purpose

The Sr. Network Engineer is responsible for all aspects of Customers Network Engineering and Network support functions. This role will also own delivering predictable, reliable and stable network services and overall network support for all of Customer including all DC, Cloud, remote offices the corporate office and field locations.  Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

 A minimum of 5 years of design experience.

 Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures

Geotechnical:

 Experienced in the design and design management of major earth retaining and stabilizing structures, deep foundations, reclamations, ground improvements, slope stabilities.

 Familiar with the application of geotechnical FEM software.

Technical Responsibilities

• Undertake design document reviews and possess in depth knowledge of project specification, relevant international codes, industry standards and relevant Classification Rules and Regualtion
• Prepare in-service design concept and perform detailed design as required by project. Prepare and deliver structural design sketches and structural calculations report at project datelines and quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent engineering specialisation from an accredited university
• 5+ years professional engineering in the related field
• STAAD.PRO, SAP2000 familiarity. Knowledge in SACS is an advantage
