• Perform process design for chemical plants, storage terminals, industrial waste facilities in basic design, FEED and detailed engineering stage.

Job Description

• The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. As a technical support engineer, you’ll be part of a global team whose main focus is ensuring that Wise API integrations get an industry-leading level of assistance when they need it.
