Job Description

• Collaborate with project engineer and quality team to design, develop, implement and deploy test processes for new projects.
• Complete test programs for production and manage test programs and control:

- Continuity Test

- 4-Wire Continuity Test

- Functional/Final Test

• Support instrumentation needs including:

- Work with engineers and technicians in development of headers

- Testing jigs

• Develop Acceptance Test Plan per product requirements.
• Develop and document testing procedures per product requirements.
• Engage in both sustaining and NPI support activities
• Identify necessary enhancements to diagnostics deployed in manufacturing and works with quality teams to drive corrective action.
• Ensure headers have sufficient quantity to support the production needs.
• Engage in both sustaining and NPI support activities.
• Perform root cause analysis for any testing related failures.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Electrical testing, Manufacturing, or similar roles.
• Strong background in testing principles, header & test jig development and processes.
• Design best-in-class performance testing approaches and plans for new projects per customer requirements.
• Must be well versed in electrical know how.
• Able to work well with inter-teams.
• Well versed in CIRIS tester will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

a) Monitor compliance to airworthiness regulatory requirements and quality standards

Experience and Qualifications:

a) Diploma / Degree holder in mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering or equivalent

b) Relevant CAAS papers qualification or equivalent will be advantageous

c) Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in aviation field is preferred

d) Knowledge on airworthiness regulatory requirements and AS9110 Standards

e) Trained Internal Quality Auditor / Lead Auditor is preferred

f) Safety Management System trained will be an added advantage

g) Good communication and writing skills

h) Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI), SAP, etc

i) Willing to work excess hours when required

j) Able to do business travel in short notice

We are seeking a motivated Semiconductor Engineer with a strong focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support and enhance our semiconductor production operations. In this role, you will work closely with the manufacturing team, IT, and other cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and optimize MES systems that track and monitor production processes in real-time. You will be a key player in improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and production quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Implementation & Maintenance.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MES, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using MES data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with process engineers and production teams to implement process improvements based on real-time data.
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection from the MES for production tracking, quality assurance, and inventory management.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into production trends, equipment utilization, and yield performance.
• Provide technical support for the MES system during daily production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Work with production teams to ensure proper system use and training on MES functionalities.
• Lead efforts for system upgrades and improvements, ensuring the MES stays current with technological advancements.
• Collaborate with software vendors and internal IT teams to evaluate and implement new MES features or modules.
• Support quality assurance initiatives by ensuring that MES tracks and reports key metrics for product quality and compliance.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous exposure to any of the commercial MES systems is a plus
• Previous experience in the management of IT applications connected to external systems
• Previous experience in the management of shop-floor devices (tablet, barcode scanners, label printers) in a cleanroom / sterile environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance and daily operations of the building facilities with the objective of always achieving uninterrupted function
• Ensure contractor service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded
• Perform routine facilities activities including onsite inspection, fix-it verification, critical systems checks, functional testing, etc. Able to respond and act in response to facilities crisis management activities including power outages, fire alarms, and HVAC outages.
• Analyse data and identify trends with facility issues to determine the root causes and take appropriate action
• Respond to BMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required
• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards.

• Plans, monitors, schedules, and implements measures on the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for the company buildings and also ensures that the work is done in accordance with schedule and specification
• Provides technical support and take charge on matters concerning the parts replacement and repairs maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical & electrical equipment
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers regarding improvement works and purchasing of equipment and spare parts
• Prepares weekly and monthly building reports
• Planning building maintenance and operational programs for the awarded IFM contracts

Requirements - Facilities Engineer

• Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent qualification or Diploma holder in equivalent qualification with more than 5 years relevant experiences
• Preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Facilities Maintenance, Project Management.
• Able to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex project documents, including AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
