We are looking for a dynamic Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Cloud & DevOps technologies. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in AWS native DevOps tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.

Position Overview:

The hardware lead will spearhead the development and deployment hardware solutions. This pivotal role entails team leadership, ensuring projects align with quality benchmarks and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Hardware Design and Development:

• Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of hardware systems, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
• Architect hardware solutions, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection, ensuring the design is manufacturable and cost-effective.
• Ensure that designs are scalable and maintainable while meeting product performance, cost, and timeline goals.

Testing and Validation:

• Oversee the development of test plans and validation processes to ensure that hardware products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of hardware prototypes and production units.
• Develop and track test reports, failure analysis, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering teams with expertise in audio DSP engineering.

To work as a precision engineer operates special-purpose equipment & machines to manufacture components and parts. The engineer is able to read technical manuals, drawing specifications to determine dimensions & tolerances of finished parts. He is able to program CAD/CAM for 3, 3+1 and 4+1 axis machining programs, setup for parts test cut requirements. A critical aspect of the job involves detecting faults in machining aspects, rectifying the root causes and making adjustments on the machines to ensure a smooth operation and machining work. Preferably with rich experience engineer capable to lead and orgainse workshop tools holders, fixtures, automation tools, accessories and materials. Continually to make improvements of the manufacturing process with efficiency and productivity, and be proactive and productive as a team member..

- Carrying out CNC precision machining and general machining

- Able to read and write with effective 3, 3+1 and 4+1 axis CAD/ CAM programme

- Conducting an inspection of maintenance of machines

- Carrying out WIP QC dimensional measurements

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Daily operation supports of Firewall/Proxy including configuring, upgrade, rule creation and modification.
• Monitors system resource allocation and utilization.
• Setup and manage Site-to-site VPN connections
• Perform tuning and optimization of firewalls and firewall policy.
• Perform tuning and optimization of proxy and proxy policy.
• Troubleshooting firewall/Proxy issues and Perform root cause analysis utilizing logs, and analytical tools.

The Automation Team Engineer plays a crucial role in automating and orchestrating security processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Security Operations Center (SOC) in a multi-client Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) environment.

This role involves managing and optimizing SOAR and ticketing platforms, integrating diverse tools and technologies across on-premises and cloud environments, and ensuring seamless functionality of automated workflows.

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation, you will lead the design, development, and refinement of playbooks, align automation solutions with customer-specific requirements, and support SOC operations by identifying and implementing process improvements.
The position also requires advanced scripting capabilities and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities

Automation and Orchestration:

• Proactively design and implement automated workflows using SOAR and Ticketing platform to optimize security operations and reduce manual processes.
• Integrate various security tools and systems (e.g., SIEM, EDR, firewalls) into the SOAR platform to enable seamless interoperability.
• Act as the SME for automation-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving escalated problems promptly.

Playbook Development and Maintenance:

• Develop, update, and refine playbooks to meet client-specific requirements and operational goals.
• Ensure all playbook creations, updates, and changes are meticulously documented.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team, customer success managers, and threat detection teams to align input and output with requirements.

Scripting and Customization:

• Develop custom scripts, primarily in Python, to create unique integrations or enhance existing workflows.
• Identify and execute opportunities for automation across SOC processes, leveraging creative and innovative solutions.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

• Work closely with internal and customer teams to understand operational challenges and provide effective automation solutions.
• Deliver mentoring and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in leveraging automation tools.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate SOC workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
• Contribute to the standardization of processes to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Ad-Hoc and After-Hours Support:

• Provide support after office hours for critical SOAR-related issues and activations.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as necessary to ensure smooth SOC operations.

Key Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms, preferably Palo Alto XSOAR, Servicenow, and SIEM tools like QRadar, Splunk, or Azure Sentinel.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages, particularly Python, with 2-5 years of practical experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, including the SecOps module, is an advantage.

Cybersecurity Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of cyber-attack vectors, security threats, and mitigation techniques.
• Experience in SOC environments (1-3 years preferred) with exposure to incident response processes and tools.
• Knowledge of reverse engineering of software is a plus.
