• Define requirements for assembly tools and equipment to support product realization and build plan.
• Participate actively in PQP to ensure that risks are identified, and preventive actions defined and implemented.
• Implement a certification program for assembly to ensure that assembly module leads are trained and certified to carry out specific assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with the Process Engineer in the design of the assembly Kit Kart for issue of materials into the clean room and effective handling of materials inside the production area.
• Lead in resolving technical problems faced by Assembly, and resolve internal and customer quality complaints.
• Monitor assembly capacity of the program, and perform ramp assessment when required, to fulfill build plan system delivery.
• Contribute to the system build progress meetings together with the program team to meet on-time delivery targets.
• Evaluate assembly efficiency and implement improvements to achieve the calculated standard time.
• Monitor all customer's consigned equipment to ensure all are inventoried, calibrated, and maintained regularly.
• Identify and implement improvements to shorten production cycle time, improve overall production efficiency, improve quality performance, enhance safety or to boost sustainability.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering)
• At least 3 year of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing assembly environment.

• Excellent leadership and effective communicator with all levels of associates and management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking care for infrastructure support such as servers, storages, VMWare, Firewall (Checkpoint), cisco Switches, wireless AP, VPN, etc.
• Assist 1st level / 2nd level support on any technical related issues.
• Administering and overseeing network infrastructure
• Provide support for video conferencing (Microsoft Teams), and meeting equipment, projector, microphone, etc.
• Provide knowledge transfer for the projects deployed to end-users.
• Manage, support, train users for Microsoft 365 services, such as Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
• Support IP phone, printers, projectors, display TV, CCTV, and door access, with the assist from vendors.
• Any other Technical related tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT / Computer Science / relevant field or higher.
• At least 5-years experience in a similar position is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in cyber security will be an advantage.
• Experience in Network, routing protocol.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Office 365, SQL Server, Druva etc
• Good communication skills and fluent in common language.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspection of pressure vessel, piping including stage, final inspection and tank inspections.
2. Perform turn around inspection of pressure vessel, piping and columns.
3. Able to review previous history, ITP, client procedures and NDT reports.
4. Perform corrosion monitoring inspection and coordination with NDT team.
5. Submit daily and weekly reports to client on the inspection findings.
6. Perform QA/QC welding inspections at site.
7. To handle the QA/QC inspection activities in structural fabrication projects, skid manufacturer clients, pressure vessels, pipe spools etc.
8. Knowledge of WPS/PQR and WQT tests.

Job requirements:

1. Must have more than 15 years’ work experience.
2. Must have bachelor or masters degree in mechanical/Metallurgical engineering or equivalent.
3. Must have valid API 510, API 570, API 571 and API 653 Certificate.
4. Must have Welding inspector certificate under AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1.
5. Must have NDT level II certificates in MPI, PT, UT and RT.
6. Must have previous shutdown inspection experience in Shell Bukom Singapore.
7. Knowledge in code book like AWS, ASME, API codes.
8. Must have a good knowledge about MT, PT, UT, RT Methods.
9. Must having an inspection experience in Exchanger, pressure vessels, piping, tanks and columns.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the project development studies such as feasibility study, site selection, inputs for ESIA, technical due diligence, technology selection etc.
• Responsible for the mechanical design, preparation of specification, technical evaluation, engineering, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the:
  • • Renewable energy power plant.
    • Combined cycle power plants with gas turbine, heat recovery steam generators and steam turbines.
    • Demineralized water system.
    • Fuel gas system.
    • Fuel oil system.
    • Wastewater treatment system.
    • Compressed air system
    • Circulating water and closed cooling water system.
    • Firefighting system.
    • Mechanical/Electrical Building Services.
    • Other ancillary system pertaining to power plant operation.
• Coordinate engineering review and other issues with other disciplines.
• Develop project/consulting services proposals and supporting business development and marketing (internal & external) efforts.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with regulatory, legal, quality and company requirements.
• Assist Professional Engineer in liaison, preparation and follow up of Authority Submission.
• Work closely with project manager/project engineering manager in project delivery.
• Manage client relationship and expectations during the services delivery.
• Approve calculations, technical notes, requisitions, specifications, drawings and similar deliverables.
• Support all phases of project development from pre-feasibility to handover of plant
• Work closely with junior engineers, provide necessary guidance, training and provide assistance on their technical / professional development at AECOM.
